Scope, purposes and legal bases of processing
- Analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) - understanding how the website is used and improving it. Analytics cookies are stored and read only after you give your consent. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law).
- Security and operation of the website (Cloudflare, remembering your cookie choice) - protecting the website against abuse and attacks and remembering your cookie decision. This information is strictly necessary to provide the service, so it does not require consent (Art. 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). The processing is based on my legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
- Email contact - if you write to me, I process your address and the content of your message in order to reply (legitimate interest).

Analytics data is retained in accordance with the settings of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (see the Google and Microsoft privacy policies). Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to continue the conversation.

You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland or with the supervisory authority in your country.
