Hi, my name is Marek Zimmermann, and I'm an E-commerce Manager. For over 8 years, I've been helping small, medium, and large companies with online sales. Currently, I work in the fashion industry for the owner of the Helikon-Tex and Direct Action brands.
I'm responsible for the performance of online stores in the D2C channel. I have experience working with B2C, D2C and B2B2C models, including cross-border sales. I have a deep understanding of the challenges associated with working in these models.
I specialize in E-commerce technology. I know how to successfully implement a store on an Open Source or SaaS platform. I can also plan and oversee the development of new functionalities and clearly communicate complex technical topics to business stakeholders.
In my daily work, I focus on a thorough understanding and continuous improvement of sales and marketing processes. I value precise communication and transparent collaboration principles. I take a proactive approach to problem-solving and building team competencies. I make decisions based on data, enjoy testing new hypotheses, and visualize sales and marketing funnels. I'm consistent in actions. I attach great importance to planning and verifying plan execution. I also ensure effective risk management and successfully implement changes.
The most important values for me in my professional life are: development, responsibility, proactivity, balance, self-awareness and humility.
